The hotel is cool, you can have a family vacation and a vacation with friends at this hotel.

Breakfast was standard, as I personally didn't find it particularly appealing. As for the pool area, I'd suggest a room-to-room option. Hotels typically provide two towels, but we only received one. The bathrooms in the pool area were dirty and smelly, so perhaps staff could be on standby. Other than that, everything was fine, from the service to the rooms.

Frankly, this is my 5th stay at this hotel because the breakfast is delicious, the swimming pool is not heated, even though the room is small and clean. However, today I stayed I had to ask for a change of room because there was trash under the window and I was very disappointed that the bathroom was very dirty. The toilet foot was very dirty, the sink was dirty, the dashboard still had food residue, under the sink and behind the toilet was full of hair and dust. Oh my God, I was really surprised how a 4-star hotel could be this dirty. Even though the service is good, the other receptionists still need customer service training.
