Very dirty villa hot water facilities not available in every bathroom. Very disappointing and I give up I no longer want to order Villa Istana Bunga.

Villa sangat kotor fasilitas air panas tidak tersedia di setiap kamar mandi. Sangat mengecewakan dan saya kapok tidak mau lagi pesan Villa Istana Bunga.

Villa is clean enough but lots of flies, asked security said emang again season. Water gallons a day can only 1 gallon. His office is not every day between itself, the phone asks in between promises 5min. But wait until 5jam water gallon also not nyampai.

Villa cukup bersih tapi banyak banget lalat, tanya security katanya emang lagi musim. Air galon sehari cuma dapat 1 galon. Kantornya tidak tiap hari antar sendiri, telepon minta di antarin janji 5menit. Tapi tunggu sampai 5jam air galon juga belum nyampai. 

Change villa to the worst one. I am very disappointed.

The bathroom will be repaired again for better use
