Came at 2 am but still received good service

Want to make milk, tea/coffee but there is no water heater.

The towels were torn, the hot water wouldn't work and the room wasn't well maintained... It smelled a bit musty.

The hotel towels are very apprehensive, they are yellow and not worth it, eating only stir-fried long beans and noodles is like eating at a warteg 😅 it's a shame they weren't photographed, if there were photos you would be surprised 😂

1. At v hotel, I got room no 5xx but it was on the 3rd floor (I think it's weird, usually on the 3rd floor,"3xx")? 2. The condition of the room lighting is lacking. 3. The condition of the bathroom is horror, there is no exhaust fan and it is left gaping. 4. Clogged toilets, flushed and even flooded. 5. Even though I ordered 2 rooms, and the conditions were the same. Had moved rooms and not much different. 6. Restoration. Maybe because the number of visitors is small, so the food provided is also small. 7. Hopefully there will be quality improvements so that there will be many visitors later.
