Tiga kali ganti kamar gara gara yang pertama ac tidak dingin, tidur dikerubutin semut, kamar mandi bau saluran got.

The staff was convinced they had given us an extra towel that was then missing, and it became a big deal to try and sort out. The staff seemed more concerned with finding a towel, that wasn't even nice, than with customer service.

Ganti kamar 3 kali karena AC ga dingin, kamar pembersihannya agak parah, tidur digigiti semut, udah ac ga dingin pula, kamar mandi bau got, dan untuk kamar excecutif ga ada batas antara closet dengan shower, abis mandi banjir dah sampe closet.
