The staff [is] very nice and this place has a good room. Good job.

I didn't expect to get such a large room for under 300,000 Rupiah. It's very comfortable, the bathroom is clean, the view is great, and there's no noise from motorbikes or cars on the main road, even though it's close to a major road.

Not according to the picture. Better not to order online. Rather than regret it. Given the 2nd floor in the corner, quiet, dark hallway, the room can't be locked, the atmosphere makes you uncomfortable.

A bit of an unpleasant experience, when checking in I was given a room on the 2nd floor in the corner with no window access and it was dark. After complaining, I was transferred to the 3rd floor, although it was tiring having to go up and down the stairs, but the room was as ordered.

Stayed for 4 nights, wifi was not functioning the first two days, complained to hotel staffs, they offered me to upgrade the room but with extra charge. I mean, what? Finally at 3rd day, hotel bought a new modem, internet connection was not an issue for the last 2 days. Ants in the room, charge me for towel (70rb per day, I think they should've informed me in advance), hot water not functioning properly for 2 days.
