I'm quite satisfied with the service and facilities at the Kyriad Hotel Airport Jakarta. I especially liked the hotel's shuttle service to and from the airport. It was very helpful.

Had to move rooms a few times due to AC problems, but they were helpful and accommodating.

8/10 for the overall stay from the facilities, staff, food etc. The staff are very friendly even though check in is at 22.30 but they are well served. The food at the restaurant is also quite delicious, you can try everything. The swimming pool is cool, spacious and clean, cool not too crowded comfortable. If you bring children, they will definitely be very happy ❤️ The only minus is the room, in terms of cleanliness, the room is very clean, the only thing that needs to be fixed is the AC is not cold at all, it only blows out air, if possible replace the AC because in my opinion the AC is old, then the TV remote doesn't work, luckily my husband's cellphone can be a remote. Staying here so far is still safe and fun 🥰
