fun. a relaxing family experience. inside there is a swimming pool that makes you feel at home. the service is also sigao.

Good location but still too quiet, still lack of rides for family staycation, because kids want something fun. But if you are looking for peace from the hustle and bustle of the city, it is also okay.

Hotel restaurant employees are like fast food employees, where we are eating at a restaurant and then we are presented with a payment bill with the excuse of wanting to close. Meanwhile, it was 14.30 where we had just checked in the room.

Got a nice villa, clean sand beaches, really quiet rooms, no noise. Recommended for the villa.

10 tahun lalu, kalicaa salah satu villa terbaik, tahun 2022. Maaf Kalicaa is on of the worst villa. Kamar mandi, super duper kotor (saya males lah fotonya), internet dari hari pertama sampai hari ketiga mati total, mana signal super susah di villa. Makanan breakfast nya kemakan tapi super biasa aja, jalanan masuk ke dalamnya super rusak. Saya kasih bintang karena pantainya masih super clear. Kalau ditanya akan balik lagi? Tentu tidak, saya even gak pernah sentuh lantainya kalau gak pakai sendal.

The room does not match what is in the application, there is no telephone in the villa, messages or complaints via the wa number, the room smells musty, dull and smells, the toilet water is small, the swimming pool is said to be private but the size is like a very small fish pond, the water is cloudy, dirty, green, the kitchen provided is far from decent, the rice cooker has a wasp nest, and in the morning was surprised by a monitor lizard entering the room, the breakfast menu is more or less what it is with a messy taste, the coral beach I can't swim, beach the club' is quite expensive, ATV 300 thousand 20 minutes, banana boat / spider 110 thousand per person, not recommended for staying at the villa, the price of 3.2 million facilities obtained are not appropriate.

Awesome villa. Awesome environment and beach! Loved it a bunch!

The staff is friendly, it's just that because of the overwhelming number of visitors it causes the staff's performance to decrease and tends to take a long time at check-in. And also when I eat at the resort restaurant, I feel that the food tends to be ordinary, lacking vegetables, too salty, and too dry. In fact, I find food that is not perfectly cooked. The rest is good.

For a very satisfying service, from check in, room service, to check out. For the villa is quite good, but some facilities in the villa need improvement. The beach feels like it's private property 😊

Basically a good hotel. Furnishings in villa room rather inadequate. Had great difficulty using the tub shower, as it wasn't functioning properly. "Outdoor" shower had only cold water though understand it might eventually provide hot water. Significant mosquito problem, but fortunately they provided a large can of spray--all of which was needed. Restaurant adequate, hard to say more than that. Not having salt water fish adjacent to the sea annoying. Coffee terrible, apparently brewed with water that wasn't hot enough. "American Breakfast" featured hot dog type sausage and french fries--a curious take to say the least. Staff extremely friendly and helpful at all times. Absolutely no issues. Site beautiful and well maintained. Main complaint with Treveloka booking system. I kept canceling and rebooking to try to ensure I got one villa with two bedrooms, but in the end still ended up with two villas and four bedrooms. Cancellation most unsatisfactory, still paid Rp 1.15 million extra due to this problem which could be resolved by clearing up ambiguity among terms "villa" 'unit" and "bedroom." Have been very satisfied with Traveloka in the past but will hesitate to book accommodations again. I really cannot afford losing almost $100 on a cancellation.

Alhamdulillah, satisfied with the nice private villa and pool, the children and family were all satisfied. the view also got a very calm and comfortable atmosphere ... breakfast is a bit lacking for my taste, but overall everything and service is good ... thanks if you see .. next time :)

Quiet and serene. The facilities are a bit rusty in a few spots. Just a few steps from the beach. Beautiful view

It needs major refurbishment & better maintenance + control management. My pictures tell the whole story.

The situation of the villa is not taken care of. Lots of peeling paint and mildew. Swimming pool dirty. not according to price.
