Strategic location, just walking distance to the nearest busy center. Hotel facilities are maintained very well. Gym facilities are very complete compared to gyms in other hotels.

The service at the hotel in delivering things to the room is terrible, from water to es batu, it will take an enormous time. Breakfast breads seem to be extremely old; the croissant feels like it was made 2 days back, and the same is with loaf bread. The hotel is at a great location and has extremely comfortable rooms, but service needs improvement.

I always want to come back here. Complete facilities, close to everything. Especially since Sun Plaza is only a 5-minute walk away. Perfect for a family or couple's getaway 🥰

Best ever 4-star hotel in Medan

Got a room with a slightly smelly toilet, but the staff was friendly and immediately upgraded the room without drama or fuss.

There is no doubt that if you stay here, the atmosphere is comfortable.
