I am coming from indonesia for family trip. And this is awesome, m suites serves better than I wonder before. For the services, the breakfast delivered to every room at 7am. The taste is good enough, tasty. Receptionist speaks english well. We can charge phone/gadget anywhere! In the room there are 8 charging spot. WiFi available in every floor, connection good. Hot water is on and toilet is very clean. Air conditioner works well. will go back to choose this hotel over my next trip in Philippines. Thank you m suites!

Spacious room; good facilities; near Makati CBD, fast food restaurants, and Shopwise; great value for money! Will stay again at M Suites.

My stay was great! The price I got was so affordable yet comfortable, the staffs were very accommodating. The only problem was the aircon, it was noisy but darn! How can I complain for 1,100 + price, you have a queen size bed, toiletries, 2 breakfast, card access for the door (hi-tech diba, compared to other budget hotel), a semi big room, cable, coffee table and more! Will definitely book on my next seminar next week.

Affordable room price, good wifi, very accommodating staff, convenient stay for running errands in makati, super delish breakfast, nice room but no cable TV, no fridge, no hair blowers, no hangers, but I guess it's worth the price.

First got the rooms a bit dark and narrow but eventually got a better exchange. AC old model and nosy, wind to the face. Quiet location, staff is friendly and responsive

Very basic hotel, TV channels are very limited, WiFi was alright. Very no-frills. If you avail of breakfast, it is served in your room which is nice but brings in ants. Location is fantastic as it is right across Bebe Rouge and New Hatchin Japanese Grocery (New Hatchin was serving takoyaki during our stay there) it is also close to a beaten-down supermarket (Shopwise) but it's very practical since the supermarket has really low prices, so if you want to stock-up on some groceries for your check-in, that's the place to go to. The service (Front Office) was outstanding though. She was an excellent employee.

My room is spacious and clean. The staffs are very accommodating. I really enjoyed my staycation. Though I would appreciate if they check and consider the following: Vegetable in their breakfast "kalog" KaninItlog meals (ie a slice of tomato and cucumber will do) Include white led lighting in the room instead of the yellow bulb

Three good things about M Suites: 1. Location is very convenient. It’s near Shopwise and nice resto, it even has its own Pizza Parlor on the ground flood. 2. Room is tidy, aircon works well and WiFi too. 3. Affordable
