The staff service from check-in to check-out was excellent. The bedroom and bathroom were clean and fragrant, the sheets were spotless, and the food was just right. There was a bellman to guide us and carry our luggage to our room. My husband and I agreed to stay at this hotel again for transit or just a staycation.

Stayed 31/1 and checked out 1/2..for me everything was good, location, service from the hotel staff was great. And the best thing for me was the night watchman..he was willing to lend me his motorbike so I could go anywhere with my wife..thank you sir for taking care of me at night at that time...

nice to be able to stay at this hotel. access to the city is close access to CARSA Hospital close to find necessities such as eating supermarkets are very close no need to take a motorcycle taxi just walk very close, the only drawback is in the toilet, the closet needs to be called a repairman so that it can be normal hehe It's a bit difficult if you want to defecate 😄 for the waiters and others all are very good. nice to be able to stay at this hotel 🥰

A very pleasant stay experience. Super fast check in, there was a bellboy who was very responsive in delivering the suitcase to the room. The room was clean, neat, comfortable and spacious for a deluxe size. The sahur food was also delicious. Around the hotel there are many traders and various culinary 🤩 Thank you Hotel Harmonis for the friendly and great service.

Overall was OK for a 5-day stay. The Wi-Fi had a little problem at the beginning, but on the 4th day, it was OK. Worth the price.

Check in time is limited to 24 hours. Everything else is ok.

Friendly staff, there is a man who helps carry luggage, then the receptionist is responsive when asked, the elevator works well, the hot water shower also works, I stayed in a Deluxe room. The room is clean, the AC is okay. Recommended for staying with family.
