all of the staff are super nice! they are also super helpful. the room is quite nice but i dont know sometimes the AC is not working.

Yesterday, there was a fight between a couple (I don't know if it was husband and wife or something else). It was very noisy. The door was opening and closing, and the woman was talking loudly in the hallway, even though it was the middle of the night. They were banging on the walls of the room, and they complained to the receptionist. The peace lasted only 30 minutes, then the commotion resumed. I've had enough here. Thank you. The facilities need to be replaced and repaired. 1. The bathroom trash can has a hole in it. 2. The bedroom door is difficult to close when leaving.

Very strategic, close to everywhere.

The hotel is full of mosquitoes, the sheets are unclean, the AC is hot, the bed cover smells and is dirty as if it hasn't been changed. Only the hot water is satisfactory. The rest is a dud. There are rooms that don't drain the waste water so it floods when you shower. Very, very not recommended. I left my things in the freezer, but the freezer was removed. Highly not recommended for business or traveling. There are many other hotels that are better and the price is competitive. Breakfast is also mediocre. Only tea and coffee, bread, and rice, no additional options. You have to pay for an extra egg. The bread machine is also always burnt...

Comfortable, nice view, quite clean, friendly staff

The rooms are clean, the service is friendly, there is a coffee bar in the hotel lobby and there are tables and chairs in the smoking area, it is definitely recommended...

The smell of cigarettes was very strong in the room, even though I had booked a non-smoking room.

The accommodation was great for a budget hotel and took around 30 minutes only to the airport. I definitely will stay here again.

The room is not soundproof, there are no slippers, but it is suitable for transit.

That afternoon I tried to order fried banana, the banana skin was too hard, the ice latte was too watery, the milk and coffee flavors were lacking. The hot americano was too burning.

Double bed was not really as I expected. It was actually twin bed. They put them side by side with the bigger bedding size so there was cleft between those twin bed.
