aircon and fan is so noisy, the sensor in stairs is so annoying. you can't rest well.

They did not know that the room was for reservation.

My worst hotel experience. The room is dirty and smelly. I asked to clean the room but they did nothing.

Sheets not changed location is in public market not for picky travelers

We just checked in ,My boyfriend got a minor accident when we entered the room. He got bruise on his leg because of protruding nail. I called and asked them to remove it.I appreciate they’ve removed it immediately but still it’s not supposed to happen in first place.Infact that’s not the only issue ive got. I asked them to change the pillow covers because it smell stinky. There’s cockroach and the comfort room is dirty

Air condition not effective. Slow wifi. Hot room. Leaking from the CR.

Aircon is not that cold, no elevator, not clean, location is not god due to near at the market.

Tiles stains are all over the bathroom. It is very dirty. The bathroom and the room smell. Bathroom curtain is with stains too. I won't recommend this place.

First off, it is not a hotel. It is more of like a cheap motel where couples stay if they suddenly decided to have there intimate time. The room we booked was so warm even the aircon was set on high. Water supply was not adequate. They even turned it off for hours! The place was located right across a public market and I think that was their saving grace because you can buy a lot of food in case you will get hungry (that is if you want to try what the locals eat).

The staffs are good but the comfort room is not clean.

Not clean. Have a lot of bugs and cockroaches. I will highly not recommend this place.

The room is dirty. There were cockroaches crawling on the wall, even on the bed. The sheets and towels seem to be old and not washed.

Everything is a mess. The bathroom was so dirty. Even the room needs improvements.

The staffs were friendly enough for you to feel safe. Though early check in is not allowed at least they offered options.
