The staff was nice, the security guard was friendly, and the room was pretty clean. The shower didn't work. The TV wouldn't turn on.

Honestly, the view is actually okay, the staff is friendly, the room is very spacious but the downside is that it seems like the room is not cleaned evenly because there are many corners with spiders, it is dusty and also the table on the outside terrace has a lot of gecko & bird droppings maybe? The phone in the room doesn't work so if you need anything you have to move to the next building and one more thing, the toilet shower is clogged

Got a room with a broken toilet. The staff fixed it, but it broke again, requiring my husband to go back and forth to fix it. The drain was also not working properly, so water pooled when I showered. The water heater had to wait 5 minutes for the water to warm up.

For the friendliness of the staff is good and okay, the swimming pool is small, only for children. The room is spacious and for the torn sheets repaired, the cloth stains still have blood stains and the building is repaired, like the walls look like moldy paint and the building is not well maintained, so at night it feels scary. Got a connecting room so the sound from the next room was heard, less comfortable. Oh yes, what was shown from the room was not a mountain view, but was blocked by large trees in front of the balcony. If Eid the price of 400k is worth it.

We rate the service, management, and staff 10/10. This hotel is recovering from the impact of Covid. The swimming pool uses water directly from the mountains, so it doesn't sting the eyes. Just improve the cleanliness, so the hotel will have more guests.

Overall, the service was satisfactory. I stayed in room 207. The room was spacious and comfortable. The natural views were beautiful and perfect for relaxing.

There is no mat in front of the bathroom, so when you go out you have to get your feet wet.

The hotel staff was friendly and kind. But in one room the toilet leaked, and the other the shower was clogged, so it flooded when we took a shower. The TV and the light next to the TV were out, but luckily the room light was on. Breakfast was also late, saying it was 7, but it was ready at 8, and it was bought from outside. The kitchen was empty, as if it hadn't been used for a long time. We patiently waited for breakfast on the chairs, but after the preparation was finished, we weren't informed that it was ready to be taken, until we asked if it was ready. Other than that, the security guard and receptionist were very nice.
