My stay at Jacatra was quite comfortable. It's strategically located, the staff is friendly, and the check-in process was easy. The rooms are quite spacious and clean, although the interior is a bit dated. Facilities like the swimming pool are also great for relaxing. Overall, it's worth the price.

If you like the mystery of this hotel is very fun hehehe, during my stay I was comfortable. only there is no breakfast must walk to a place to eat near the hotel which has many choices and the price is very student.

For a hotel in Malang with that price, it should be friendlier and cleanliness outside the room should be maintained.

Strategic location from Matos, Alfamart, Lawson, Gacoan, cafe, mosque. Satisfying service, the owner is very friendly. There is hot water, towels, soap, toothpaste toothbrush but no shampoo. The room is large and clean with a large, soft mattress, enough for 2 people and 1 child. The atmosphere is like at grandma's house, calming. Recommended and will probably come back again^.

First arrival, the room had a dirty floor. There was no cleaner so I swept the floor first. The TV is off. The AC is not cold enough even though the temp is 16°. That's a photo of the room I cleaned myself.

Air galon kosong sampe beberapa hari. Ac tidak dingin sama sekali. Pintu kamar mandi tidak bisa ditutup, sekalinya ditutup rapat tidak bisa dibuka dari dalam. Menginap 2 hari tp kamar tidak dibersihkan, handuk sprei tidak diganti, hanya dikasih air minum di depan kamar. Untuk lokasi strategis dekat dengan pusat kota.

Kamarnya luas dan kasur bersih. Wc baru sepertinya jadi bersih. Lantainya saja yang kurang terawat. Tipenya memang klasik jadi agak seperti hotel lama.

The TV couldn't be used but it was resolved well. There were cockroaches in the bathroom, maybe you could pay more attention to cleanliness. The staff are very friendly. The atmosphere is also calm. Next time I will stay here again.

The receptionist hasn't no smile at all! She wasn't friendly at the first time. The place looks so creepy but actually it's just fine. The place isn't cleaned properly. Dirty and smelly bathroom. Dirty room. Bad sound of bed! You'll hear some “kriek-kriek” when you move your body on bed. Just minimum toiletries you'll get and 2 bottles mineral water. 2 lamps off! When you check out there's no one at receptionist! Hahaha bad experience. I don't recommend you to stay here!

Accommodation suitable for holidays in the middle of Malang city. All the famous food courts in Malang are not too far from the hotel. Customer service is very good. However, the cleanliness of the rooms and the existing equipment (tv, wifi) are not satisfactory. Hopefully improved.
