My first stay at Batiqa. The kids were happy and comfortable. Check-in and check-out were quick, and there was no deposit required. The staff were very friendly, and late check-out was allowed as long as it was communicated in advance. 👍🏻✨

Overall 8/10, just a bit noisy, for example, there are rooms being cleaned in the hallway, especially the rooms right to the left/right/in front of our room. I stayed here for 2 nights yesterday, while I was taking a nap, I woke up several times because of the sound of the housekeeper tidying up the cupboard in the next room, and the door was really loud, it felt like it was my own room, the door was being knocked on and opened, and the sound of people chatting/laughing in the hallway was really audible, it felt like it was in front of the door, maybe because the walls are a bit thin.

The location is very strategic, across from the cafe and next to it is the Puti Minang restaurant. There's also a mosque across the street. The breakfast menu and variety are excellent.

Great location, clean & comfortable room. Upon check out, we received complimentary banana chips. There was a coffee machine for our welcome drink, so you could take coffee or Milo. The only downside was the difficulty of parking.
