The room was quite clean, and the view was amazing! I specifically booked a room with a nice view, so I was really happy with it. However, I did notice a slight smell of cigarette smoke in the room, even though I had booked a non-smoking room. The toilet paper holder was also placed a bit too far behind the toilet, making it hard to reach. Another thing I noticed was that the sink in room 1116 was draining a bit slowly. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that breakfast was included. The food selection was pretty simple, but everything was quite good. What I liked most about my stay was the staff’s service. They were friendly, always greeted guests, and seemed genuinely willing to help. I even saw a staff member notice a guest having trouble at the restaurant and immediately go over to help, even from a distance. It’s nice to see staff who are so attentive and proactive! Overall, I had a good stay. The view, breakfast, and especially the staff made the experience enjoyable. Hopefully, the small issues with the room can be improved to make the stay even better.

The hotel staff is friendly, the location is very strategic, and it's close to all of Bandung's trendy culinary spots. Unfortunately, the lobby doesn't smell as nice as most hotels. The AC is noisy, and the mattress is a bit squeaky, making for an uncomfortable sleep. Hopefully, they'll pay more attention in the future.
