Staying here was enjoyable because it was close to everything... I even walked to Primarasa Kemuning and could walk to morning mass. The only time I checked into the hotel was by using the elevator to park. But I was impressed by the promptness of the staff who guided us. Everything was fine, but last night, while staying there, there were three power outages (although only briefly). There were no toiletries, either because they weren't provided or because they were forgotten.

What a wonderful stay! My thanks to Chita and Anjani for creating a wedding anniversary greeting with a slice of delicious chocolate cake! Also to Adnan S. I left a small tip for them, hopefully they'll appreciate it. I got a top-floor room as requested, with beautiful views both at night and in the morning. The room was clean, with cool AC, fresh linens, and the TV could play YouTube. Unfortunately, the connecting door caused the alarm from the next room to wake us up at 2-3 a.m. The bathroom was okay, with good water pressure, the floor wasn't slippery or slanted so there were no puddles, and the soap was good, not cheap. The towels were clean. Breakfast was a full breakfast with lots of traditional variations. The chicken porridge was average, the fried food corner was delicious, the traditional snacks were also delicious, and the tea was delicious! The egg corner needs improvement; the sausages weren't very tasty. Check-in and check-out were easy, and luggage storage was allowed. Thanks again to Chita and Anjani.

It's a great place to vacation with the family. Spacious rooms and enough beds for five people. I'd definitely stay here again.

Upon entering, we were greeted by a very friendly receptionist... The room was quite spacious and very clean. The restaurant is well-stocked, with a wide variety of delicious dishes.

Honestly, this is my second time staying at Tebu, the first experience was really good, but for the second time I was a bit disappointed, I had to wait for my room to be ready for more than half an hour even though I arrived to check in at 3, the receptionist also didn't tell me what time breakfast could start and finish, if they had a friendly smile it would have been okay, but that's it.

There's no hot water in the bathroom even after 15 minutes.

The hotel staff was friendly and responsive. The food in the restaurant was also delicious. I'd probably stay here again if I had a room I wanted.

The shower's direction causes water to leak out onto the bathroom floor. The bathroom lock hole is broken. The bathroom door handle is broken. The bathroom floor is black. There are no paper towels available.

When I'm in Bandung for business or traveling, I choose to stay at Gran Tebu because of its proximity to everything and the variety of food. The rooms are also comfortable.

First time staying at Grand Tebu Hotel for good service... all staff are friendly, food is also delicious, cleanliness is also good.. the room is also clean and comfortable.. next time I go to Bandung I want to stay here again.. thank you 😊
