The staff service is very friendly and the hotel atmosphere is really nice, like sleeping on a cloud, the room is clean, only access to the room is a bit far because it is in a different tower, but overall it is really pleasant to sleep here.

This is our second-day stay in our room amd to our disappointment the water supply had stop since 1am till now and almost 11am. my family and I cant move anywhere as we cant use the bathroom at all. I should request for compensation with this ridiculous service.😪

What was a bit scary was the bathroom door being slammed several times in the middle of the night as if someone was slamming the door even though there was no one there, luckily there were 3 of us so we were quite brave 😂 so we just went into deaf mode

Staff did not explain well. Had hiccups going to the room, got lost for 15 mins. They shifted hotel without consent, didnt even give good directions to the new hotel. Receptionist was bad in explaining, had to call again to question where was the location of the new place. Visibility was bad as we checked in at night.

Not similar to whats in the pictures.. room is ok but not really clean, dusty and old.. the shower room is also not very clean.. a little bit moldy and sometimes there’s unpleasant smell coming out of the drain

Family Suite Room... There are 2 rooms, a small living room and pantry. The first room has a queen bed, the second room has a double decker bed, cleanliness is okay, family suite in Block 4, breakfast in Tower 7. Breakfast is ok, lots of choices.. Breakfast price is RM70 for adults, RM35 for children. It's raining and cold, fog covers the entire building.. the air conditioning in the room is not as cold as outside.. huhuhu

The lobby and parking is in separated building, kinda difficult to understand the layout. The room has cockroach. There is hair left in the toilet. The soap distributer also broken, we need to scoop the soap. Wifi also slow, disconnect few times. However, the room is spacious and comfortable for 3 adult.
