The hotel staff is very friendly, the rooms are very comfortable.

Please improve the hot water, that's all, other than that it's comfortable.

The cleanliness is okay, but the AC is quite hot, it's time to clean it

The staff is friendly, and they are also kind enough to offer a room because I initially booked a twin room but was advised to change to a single room, but the elevator smells of cigarettes, it's stuffy, the hallway is horrible, the bathroom is too, the shower turns on by itself, the water heater doesn't work, the AC isn't cold at all so the room is really stuffy.. and the parking fee is quite a lot..

Absolutely not according to the advertisement and photos on Traveloka. There is no hot water in all types. Very deceptive (not like the advertisement). The sitting toilet has no spray. It is natural to pee. Very not recommended

Stayed in August 2024, ordered a deluxe room but it didn't match. Expectations were too high because I only saw the picture. When I got there, the room was disgusting. Not comfortable with Sx. The bathroom also had no hot water and the water was small even though it was fully opened. Didn't get drinking water or a glass. Even though it was a deluxe room.

I was really shocked to stay here, it really wasn't looked after at all, is it worth renting a hotel like the condition in the picture, sorry for the very cruel comment, but I'm just disappointed to have spent money and been given a place that really isn't worth calling a hotel

The room is dirty, especially the bathroom. I really don't recommend it.

Not suitable for those who want to sleep without music disturbance. In my room there is a welcome drink, but no towels.

Shower in Wash room was not working and water drainage was not good too.

It's not soundproof, you can hear sounds from outside in the room, the atmosphere is quiet, like you're going to test your courage.

The atmosphere in the hallway leading to the room is creepy, the lighting is poor & the bathroom is not very clean, there is no hot water.
