Friendly staff, clean rooms, clean, fragrant toilets. Complete amenities. Just a short crossing to West Beach. Delicious breakfast, and a mini water park. The kids loved it. Rented two rooms, and it was quite impressive.

For all the good facilities, the only thing lacking in breakfast is the lack of variety on the menu 🙏🏻

The hotel is right in front of the beach and the area isn't too close to the busy center, so it's convenient and free from traffic. The rooms are poolside, so kids can be supervised if they want to swim. The food is basic but okay.

The place is comfortable, with a cafe and live music, delicious food, and easy access to everything. You can just cross the street to the beach.

The downsides of this two-day stay were the poorly maintained fourth floor, the poorly maintained front lobby, and the most notable was the mediocre breakfast selection and taste for a four-star hotel. Please improve the food to match the 4-star rating; I found it unlike any other four-star hotel I've stayed in. The pluses were the comfortable and clean rooms, the clean swimming pool, and the hotel's proximity to the beach.
