Thank God, I've had two short vacations here with my family. It's very welcoming, I always get a surprise Happy Holiday cake, the location is strategic, easy to get anywhere plus it's inside a mall, and of course the swimming pool is very spacious, the breakfast menu is complete.

I've stayed at GrandWhiz Hotel many times; the service is always friendly and the facilities are excellent. Booking a Super Double room immediately gives you a free upgrade to a Deluxe. While the mattress isn't soft enough, it's still comfortable. The room is large, so the kids can run around freely. The only caveats are the lack of hot water, the AC can't be adjusted (turn it off if it's cold), and the restaurant lacks a wide variety of food. Overall, GrandWhiz Hotel remains my choice for a staycation.

4th time staying here, usually in a deluxe room and quite happy, the last time the superior room was less than satisfactory. Better to upgrade to deluxe.
The best thing about Grandwhiz Lebak Bulus is the strategic location, above the mall, spacious kids pool with unlimited view and superrr breakfast, not inferior to a 5 star hotel.
Unfortunately the pool was undergoing treatment on Monday when I stayed. Next time I won't take it on Monday. Thank you.

Always stay here and it's always clean, it's a shame, yesterday it turned out there were blood stains on the sheets, hopefully the cleanliness can be improved and the hot water is not hot enough, thank you.

i always love to stay here, but last time i stau here wasnt like before, last time i stay here the AC both in lobby area and in room is not cool at all.. maybe it just need some maintenance.. but over all is still good
