friendly staff...clean room..unfortunately I didn't get a beach view room..if I go there again tomorrow I have to get a beach view..the highest one..so I can open the window and see the beach straight away..

The hotel was good, neat and clean, even the rooms were great & spacious for a family of four. Two king size beds within same room and still having a lot of space, that's great. The balcony was also big and spacious, easy & comfortable with chairs for sitting and sipping morning coffee or evening drinks !! However, only disappointment was that the hotel doesn't have a restaurant to order in room dining. It's a very big hotel with over 200 rooms and still doesn't have a 24-hour restaurant doesn't make logic. Apart from this, all other things were good and it was a comfortable stay near to the East Beach and 10min walk to West Beach which is the main beach.

Overall, this hotel is very nice and I've been a regular when I've been to Pangandaran. Unfortunately, I was a bit disappointed with the breakfast menu during my last vacation, which was lacking and the food service staff were unfriendly. Please improve this. 👍
