The room was clean, the sheets smelled good, the water was strong, and the staff were friendly. I'd recommend adding more pillows, and if possible, bolsters. Please improve the hot shower.

The staff was unfriendly when asked. I booked two rooms for four people, and without checking, the lady said, "One room is only for two people, not four." Please improve your communication skills. One more thing, I got one of the rooms that smelled of cigarette smoke, all over the bed and the entire room. The positive thing was that I liked swimming because the pool was refreshing and there was a kitchen for cooking. My apologies in advance, but I hope this helps you evaluate this place. Thank you.

I stayed here after looking at the photos. It turns out the room quality was far below the picture quality. Furthermore, I wasn't informed from the start that there would be an additional charge for bringing children under 6 years old. Upon check-in, I was informed that there would be an additional 50,000 Rupiah per child who can walk. This place is great for a budget under 500,000 Rupiah. The price is cheap, but the location and facilities are amazing, making the kids feel at home.

Not my first time staying here, came back because had a good rest in this place before. But will never come back anymore! I believe this place needs a proper fix and maintenance, the room that I get should not be sold. Looks dirty with moldy walls and curtain, hole on the ceiling, no hot water and the sink not working. Very much not sound proof as well. Took pics tho.

This is my first time staying here but I was treated unpleasantly by the receptionist, because I really had to use cash, yes I didn't bring cash, but they still curtly told me to get cash, I mean the customer is king, but here the customer is a servant, basically I don't like the service of the staff.

This is the condition of my room, I don't know about the other rooms, but hopefully the hotel will fix it soon. There are lots of mosquitoes, but Baygon is provided (ask the staff). The swimming pool smells of chlorine. The Wi-Fi is problematic.
