The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Check-in was at 5 PM and I was still able to get a room that met my needs. The maintenance staff was also fast and reliable. The bathroom faucet was problematic when I arrived, and they fixed it right away. Although it shouldn't have been an issue to begin with, the staff's response was quite quick and I trusted them enough to leave the maintenance team in the room while I had to take care of something outside the hotel until midnight, and when I returned, everything was fixed properly. The rest of my stay was quite comfortable, with minimal outside noise entering the room throughout my stay, allowing me to finish assembling my Gundam in peace throughout the day.

Regarding room service, ordering food for breaking the fast was very slow and disappointing. The food took approximately 45 minutes, exceeding the promised estimated time. The reason was that the restaurant was busy serving people for breaking the fast. I even had to call the restaurant several times, and when the food arrived, the staff misread the bill, forcing me to pay twice. Please pay attention to your service. Thank you.

Thank you to the staff at the front desk who helped me check in early. I only intended to leave my luggage. My belongings were even put in my room while I was still outside the hotel. As for the facilities, everything was fine. The swimming pool was kid-friendly. The breakfast menu was varied, and the restaurant staff were always quick to help my kids get their food.

I stayed at the Mercure Jakarta Cikini for two nights. It was a very pleasant experience. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well. The location is very strategic, close to shopping centers. The breakfast was varied and delicious. The staff, especially at the front desk, were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended for business trips or family vacations.
