1. Asked the receptionist for brush and the answer is don't have. Can they just say sorry, and borrow 2 pieces from another hotel? 2. Room is empty: No wardrobe, No face towel, no inside sandal.

Pesan family room tapi tak dikasih family room.

The problem is the hotel. 1. Lift not working-The said under maintenace. 2. No hot water in the room-They said its using solar so it will only be available by noon, crazy! 3. AC not working well-Not cold but work thank goodness. 4. TV no remote and decode not working-No one came to repair and gave alternatives. Very disappointing stay, and it was a waste of the good money good spent.

The elevator is not working, no room service, no room cleaning at all for a 4-night stay.

Saya menginap di bilik 210, sabun dan shampo kosong, lampu kamar mandi padam, kotak pendingin (refrigerator) tidak berfungsi.

I have stayed at this hotel several times, the service and room facilities are still good. But during the last stay 14-18 December 2022 only the reception staff were still kind and friendly. Meanwhile, hotel & room services and facilities have begun to decrease. The elevator doesn't work (it's broken), the refrigerator doesn't work, the lights in the bathroom are off, there's only 1 waste basket, the soap and shampoo are empty (no contents), and the room isn't cleaned every day. Hopefully this will be of concern to the hotel.

The room clean, tidy and spacious. But the lift still can't be use. In front of hotel when I'm staying there ' s a construction, little bit noise but still oke. Plus one this hotel near JB sentral so you only walk to JB sentral.

Room clean. Service nice. Location opposite shopping mall. But outside hotel There is construction. Machinery works 24 hours very louder can't sleep. Vibrate like earthquake 😫

Convenient, walk from JB central along the skywalk for about 1 km. But when I went to the hotel area, there was road construction going on. Looks a bit chaotic, you can call Grab without any hassle. The room is spacious. Small bottles of drinking water will be provided according to the number of people. Hair dryers can be borrowed at the counter. Average cleanliness If it's not very detailed, I recommend it. The staff are smiling.

The lift doesn't operate. So we have to use the stairs. The bedrooms still not clean yet. The restroom is wet just like someone had just used it. The front office didn't seem to help if we need help just like bringing our big luggage upstairs alone (my son was sleeping and I asked for help but he said I have to bring all by myself). I won't stay herr again and anymore. I won't recommend it to others too.

The access to the hotel is bad, the elevator is broken. And the vibes is so scary.

Could be better for the cleanness. Mosquito was in room provable can put mosquito repellent.

Hotelnya bagus dan bersih cuma liftnya aja rusak untuk ke tingkat 2 bawa barang banyak cukup ngos-ngosan ditambah penerangan seadanya. Sebaiknya di tangga ditambah lagi penerangannya

Small hotel, good service but the lift is being repaired so you have to go up the stairs and the hallway is dark, the lighting in the room is dim and orange🥲. Finding breakfast is easy because there are lots of restaurants around and across from it is the R&F mall (but this mall is quiet, many of the tenants are closed).

The dead elevator goes up to the 3rd floor of Cape.

208号房，一切都美好，美中不足的就是热水器有问题。附近很多小食，很方便。
