After previously reading reviews from other visitors, I deliberately booked the highest type of hotel, expecting the room I got would be cleaner and more well-maintained, but the reality was the same. The water heater didn't work, the room was dirty, the AC wasn't cold. Too bad it wasn't well-maintained. The plus side is that the room is standard for a suite, and the food is delicious.

The service here is really good, the staff are very friendly. But it should be noted for the hotel owner, the facilities are really bad. The telephone line is not working, the electrical line is disconnected, the door is hard to close and the worst thing is the hot water doesn't work in all the rooms I rented. Fix it and use a water heater, don't rely on the weather. When the weather is cold like this, we need hot water according to the facilities offered. Regarding the restaurant food, I give a thumbs up because everything is delicious.

The shower needs to be replaced, it's broken so the water doesn't come out evenly. It overflows at the end of the shower, making it difficult to take a shower and difficult to get water on your body because the water is close to the wall.

The handlers are very friendly, the place is comfortable and clean, the only minus is that the wifi is weak and the electricity is not strong when you use it to cook water and suddenly it turns off by itself. But it's still really good 😊.
