I was disappointed, even though I came here a second time because I liked the breakfast, the proximity to the beach, and the comprehensive menu. It was just a different room type than before, and the restaurant wasn't in the usual location. The food was incredibly bland, and I was doubly disappointed when I was charged for extra food for the kids in the middle of the meal. Instead of waiting until they were finished, which would make it more enjoyable. I won't be returning to this hotel again.

This is the first time when we were about to have breakfast, Mba Nila said, "Your breakfast has been used, right?" My husband and I didn't know who used our breakfast. The restaurant staff (Nila) informed us that there were 2 Indonesian men, maybe the driver? I replied that there was no driver (I was not in the mood for breakfast and was accused) until finally we were invited to come in for breakfast but the mood was different. I talked to one of the restaurant staff who was not there to find out who used my room number for breakfast. I wanted to know, and finally the restaurant manager approached us and apologized to us that their system error was the first time it happened, according to me.
