internet was down during my whole stay. toilet had no seat in cheap style. damaged mirror on room. I stayed more than a night and they tracked my early check in on the first day and made sure to charge me for every extra hour instead of letting it slide. on the whole, ready to collect their money but not able to provide all the services listed.

The room smells of urine, the restaurant is not working.

My stay went smoothly. We were well accommodated even if we requested to be checked in way earlier than it was stated in the rules. The bathrooms were clean. The rooms were spacious enough to add an extra bed and yet it didn't feel cramped.

great stay... i'll book again next time when I visit Tagum again
