The room is not soundproof, lots of loud motorbike noises come into the room.

There are no wife facilities, please pay attention to the towels, the towels should be suitable to be replaced with new towels.

The service here is impressive and comfortable because it is right in the city center, close to everything, including Rantepao town square, tourist attractions, and culinary delights, all within walking distance. Upon arrival, I was a bit confused about parking because there was no information. Check-in was fast, but the receptionist seemed confused because they booked through an app or something, I don't know, so I was also confused, because I've always used apps, so it's safe. But it's okay, no need to be bothered because the people are friendly. The deluxe double bed room on the 3rd floor is okay, maybe a bit tricky going up and down the stairs. When I stayed there, it was quite quiet because it was a weekday, so it felt like it was my own. The cleanliness was okay, the toiletries were all good. The food was delicious and the variety was quite good. I didn't try swimming because it was drizzling. The hotel concept is good, I like the comfort. Check-out time was fast, not long. Maybe it's just a bit unclear when checking in because it's using an app. Otherwise, it's okay.

Good and comfortable hotel. Few remarks: the bar was closed. They were painting the outside of the hotel and our bikes (parked at the designated parking spot) were covered with white paint drips. They keep an eagle and cockatoo in cages, please let them out, poor animals.

It is fun to stay at Luta Resort with family because of its strategic location and proximity to tourist attractions.

Untuk harganya, nothing special, problemnya adalah kamar seakan tidak pernah di bersihkan, sarang laba-laba di kamar seperti terlihat di foto. Air di kamar mandi berubah menjadi coklat dan terlihat sangat jorok ketika hendak membilas toilet. Entah apakah berhubungan dengan kondisi sungai, kolam renang juga kotor seperti tidak diurus, padahal kami datang dalam kondisi high seasson libur anak sekolah, dan sepertinya hotel tidak siap. Sarapannya juga terkesan biasa untuk ukuran harganya. Saya tidak akan terlalu banyak komplain jika harganya lebih murah 20%. Baru kali ini saya komplain terlalu banyak terhadap layanan sebuah hotel. Untuk layanan staff hotel, termasuk sangat baik, dan memuaskan.

Overall experience is OK but I can see a few things that the management can improve on. Cleanliness of the bathroom of my “superior room” type can be greatly improved. Hall ways are too dimly lit, more lighting of the hallways can add to a livelier ambiance of the resort. Hotel staff are nice and helpful.
