Room is quite spacious. Clean and well maintained. The only downside is they were doing some construction work while I was staying there so it was extremely super noisy until evening. Dont expect you can have a rest during afternoon.

Close to the beach, that makes it convenient to do running in the morning.

There are 3 single beds. 1 of the bed is near to door. A little bit strange.

The room is big and very comfortable.. only the door is hard to open or close.. so far everything else is okay. Got free welcome drinks again. Next time I will come here again

This was my first time staying at Vouk Hotel. The price is affordable for a hotel in this city. The room was cleaned every day by the housekeeping staff. For vegetarians, the breakfast restaurant provides vegetarian food. Clean and friendly, but the rooms on the 3rd floor are not soundproof. Some noise from outside can be heard quite a bit.

What is certain is that the hotel is good, clean, does not disappoint, the facilities are extraordinary.

The location is strategic, very close to a pharmacy, Gleneagles Penang Hospital, Starbucks, and a minimarket. Getting to the city center is also easy, just use GrabCar, and the distance is not far. Breakfast is not very varied for a 4-star hotel, and the a la carte dinner is also mediocre.

The service is poor. It seems the staff quality is poor and the workforce is not very reliable.
