Family friendly and comfortable, good facilities

Thank you, the staff are friendly, very helpful. It seems like there are many things that need to be updated, the room is spacious and nice, only I was in a room where the water tap happened to be broken, it was very uncomfortable when I wanted to do ablution because there was not enough water fountain, the position of ablution was almost against the wall, the recliner was also broken, it would be better to replace it because it was dangerous for guests. Sorry, the 4-star standard seems a bit far. The bathroom amenities were incomplete, no shampoo, no laundry bag, toothbrush, etc., standard 2-star hotel, there was only 1 glass and sorry to say the glass was like a glass at home. The facilities were really good though, the forest was available. The pool was large, oh yes there were no towels for those who swam, returning to the room wet.

Nice recommended to your family. Very worth it for the price under 500 thousand with decent food, clean bathroom, clean towels although a bit worn but just washed. The room is also clean and spacious. The most comfortable thing is there is a smart TV... so you can watch YouTube as much as you like. FYI, it is a multi-storey building, so please understand the signal. Overall, it is very good, there is horse recreation and a swimming pool. If you are giving a bad rating with maps that have narrow roads, that's just how it is if you want to get there quickly. Rarely go to Bogor, maybe those who are grumpy... and not tech-savvy can open gmaps lol

Actually, this hotel has potential, but for some reason the service is very bad, the response from the staff is very slow, lacks initiative, and there is minimal explanation.

Here's an honest review of staying with family on Saturday-Sunday. Pros: Affordable price (under 1 million rupiah). Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are quite spacious and the AC is cool, comfortable for resting. Cons: Compared to other 4-star hotels, the facilities are still lacking. The swimming pool smells quite strong of chlorine. There are no special pool towels available, you have to use room towels. Drinks in the room are refillable water from a dispenser, with standard coffee, tea, and sugar (no chocolate and no refrigerator). Breakfast options are less varied, only white rice, fried rice, lontong sayur, vermicelli, chicken, bread, fruit (watermelon & melon), cereal, black sticky rice porridge, and chicken porridge. There is no western menu or other variations of Indonesian cuisine. For children aged 6 years old, there is an additional fee of IDR 75,000, while in some other hotels it is usually free. The WiFi connection on the 8th floor is quite slow, including when connecting to the TV which is also slow. Toilet amenities are incomplete, no cotton buds, shower caps, or laundry bags/small plastic bags.

For those who are sensitive to cigarette smoke, you can directly request a non-smoking room, or ask to change rooms if you still smell cigarettes, because the balcony can be opened and smoking is allowed on the balcony.

Friendly service from the receptionist, security, and housekeeping staff, all excellent, kind, and responsive. The rooms are clean and the view is stunning. One of my favorite places. Absolutely the best. I'll definitely be back.

Clean and comfortable and the service is also good

Our Friday-Saturday stay was okay, but it was a bit far from Bogor city, so we ordered snacks online. Breakfast wasn't very varied. The pool was spacious and clean, with showers nearby, and the staff were friendly.

Good. Cheap and comfortable. The atmosphere is like Bandung.

Everything was almost fine, except the elevators were a bit of a time-waster. It took a long time to get up and down because there were only two. We were on the 11th floor, and the worst part was that there was only one elevator operating, even though people were checking in and finishing swimming at the same time. Wow, the queue was so long, but the staff were all friendly❤️

The bed is huge. The room is clean. You can also ride horses in the morning outside.
