Staff are friendly, accommodating. Room I had stay had a nice ambiance, comfy and clean. Hotel location is accessible.

Nice service. Was able to watch PPV of Pacman's recent fight for free.

Please improve your Television signal, in my 2 times stay in your hotel. I encountered worst television signal that we choose not to watch television and your WiFi signal please improve it.

The hotel staff are friendly, all services are great except for housekeeping request. They will ask what the problem is if you request your room to be cleaned. It took them 5 hours to send someone to just remove the trash in my room.

I choose the hotel since it is the nearest and cheapest place I can stay for the night. I'll start with the not good insights about the hotel: The hotel badly needed to improve in terms of cleanliness. They should change the linens and towels. It's so obvious that it was used for who knows how many times. The linen also should be comfortable, when you look at it, you will really think twice of using it, as well as the towel. The room should be a "no smoking area" but, as I enter the room I can already smell that the previous occupants smoked. The lights are so dimmed, you can hardly see the face of yourself in the mirror or your companion. The bed is not comfortable also and does not provide warmth or comfort. The good things: It is cheap and has a good location. The staff are polite, they greet everyone and would help you in any way. I do not have review for food since the accommodation that I had has no breakfast included. Overall: It is good for short stays only, if you are picky or very particular with linens and towels and smell, do not choose the hotel or if you will choose it because it's cheap, then bring your own towels and linen and extra toiletries. Additional charge for additional shampoo. You may also maybe request for other room if it smells cigarette,though, I haven't tried it. The hotel cost low so don't expect a comfortable stay.
