Staff needs more training, staying here for the 3rd time, asked to move rooms from 101 because the room was dirty, but the staff said it was full, even though we were the only ones staying. Private pool but the pool could not be used because it was very dirty. The bathroom had no footcloth and soap, only shampoo. The room, Wi-Fi, TV could not be used, the staff said all TV rooms could not be used. Moldy sheets, sticky floors.

For a fairly pleasant environment, there are several things that need to be considered, such as dirty bed sheets, no TV and internet facilities, leaking kitchen space, incomplete complaints.

Of my many experiences staying in Bali, this was the worst place I've ever booked. The villa staff were friendly, but the villa seemed poorly maintained. The room I stayed in was uncomfortable, from the entrance to the villa itself. The door wouldn't lock, and there were a lot of mosquitoes. The bathroom was terrible. This was a far cry from the expectations I had in the review photos. It's a totally bad experience.

I was very disappointed with my room purchase for 738,000 Rupiah. The old photo posted showed a smelly bathroom, no soap and shampoo, and lots of flies, mosquitoes, and large bees living in the room, and the AC wasn't cooling. I ended up moving rooms, but the walls were still the same: the damp, cracked walls, and the smelly room with a dirty pool. I ended up not using the room and moving out. The villa's concept is actually good, but improvements should be made to avoid inconvenience to guests.
