This accommodation has a good location and good ambiance but the staff are not so helpful and pleasant. We were not able to take advantage of their pool as they are closed during Mondays. Their gym should have been 24hrs at least. I'm not pleased with how the room is arranged.

Located in Makati area, convenient transportation, comfortable room, mini apartment type, free as living at home. A minus point is that Siglo's Reception is not usually at the counter, so it takes time to wait each time.

Waited more than 30mins for check out and we were charge 120 for a stain. I ask for a compensation for waiting but all they can say is “pasensya”

First time in Knightsbridge and it was awesome! Room is a bit small compared to Azure but it’s fine. We stayed at 58th floor and we really loved the view. Location is also good because of the Century City Mall and 7-eleven that is just a walking distance away from the property. AC at room 5808 was not so cold even though the temperature is at the lowest, I woke up at around 2am sweating. 😂We availed the “with breakfast” rate but it was not that good... other reviews are real, they just ordered it from Tapa King so I would suggest that you just choose other options for your breakfast. Sauna is also available and I think it’s free, would like to try but we were too lazy going down to 4th floor. Overall, i’ll give 8/10. 🙌🏼

The AC leaked directly to our bed. My husband slept on the couch/sofa. It took hours to be fixed. So much inconvenience to us. So disappointing. It defeated the whole purpose of our stay, to relax.

The hotel was clean and homey.

I believe we received an awesome deal from app from staying here last November 2018. We feel we got more than what we actually paid. Great place, great price, great customer service! I highly recommend Siglo Suites at the Knightsbridge residences but be careful though because, at the Knightsbridge, they have lots of condotels owned by different hosts and Hi Homes, in particular, is a place at the Knightsbridge travelers must avoid. Our stay there was a total disaster. I will never ever go back to that place. "Knightsbridge Residences" is a misleading name because Siglo is a great place but on the higher floor, where Hi Homes is located, that place is a complete disaster.

My family had a great time in the hotel. We enjoyed the view of the city in the evening. My son enjoyed swimming but the water was cold it may be better if the management regulate the temp to be pro child :-). They have approachable and friendly staff.

Nice location. Perfect amenities. Good sleep. The downside: The dining area got no proper lighting at all.

Everything was great from checking in and checking out. Everything has been organized very well. Room is fantastic as well, had a great rest. The overlooking view at night is amazing. Food is awesome too. Great job! :) Will definitely book again with Knightsbridge Residences.

This is a self service hotel, very poor customer service, studio room is same as basic motel, it's not worth the price. Free breakfast comes from tapa king restaurant and it takes too long to arrive. The only good thing is they have a fast wifi connection.

There's no bidet in your toilet.

love it because it feels like home! AC can improve though

It was a nice stay, but when I ask for an extra towels and bed sheets they told us that they are not providing extra stuffs. I am willing to pay for the additional but they said that there is no way that they can let me borrow one. And it's kinda awkward to swim because there are a lot of construction workers on the other building watching us and cat calling us. But anyways, nice view from our room.

The place was good but service was slow. You always wait. The photos here are different from the actual. There are cooking equipment and dining utensils but no dish washing soap and sponge so you cannot wash the dishes or cooking equipment after used.

Had a nice staycation here. Near malls and the facilities are excellent. The room is spacious and clean. Will definitely return. I gave a 3/4 in Service due to the late serving of breakfast.
