The staff was friendly, but the room wasn't soundproof, and noise could be heard from outside. Breakfast included a voucher redeemable at the restaurant. If the price was more than the voucher, an additional fee was charged. I didn't take the voucher because the restaurant served pork dishes, and I was worried about the food being contaminated with pork waste. The best part was the location, which is in the Kajoetangan area, so you don't have to travel far for nightlife.

Two thumbs up to the security guards for their excellent work in managing the vehicles. The only downside is the bathrooms; the water flow isn't gentle enough, causing water to pool in the bathroom.

The hotel was comfortable, and fortunately, it had a balcony for my smoking husband. The location is close to the Kajoetangan area, making it a simple stroll to get everywhere. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi was intermittent, and the AC dripped, but it didn't matter because it was the same day as checking out. The staff were all friendly. On the 7th floor, there's a delicious restaurant, Pork & Barrel, but there are also pork-free restaurants. Finding food wasn't a hassle, except that tea and coffee were not provided in the room.

There is no water heater (must be requested), no tea or coffee available, and the room is not soundproof, disturbing the upstairs restaurant.

The male hotel staff was unfriendly upon check-in and unresponsive during service. As a result, the room selection did not match the request when booking on the app. Requested a room on the top floor, but was given the second floor instead. Access from the elevator to the room, the door could not be opened without notification. The food was okay, but the service was very slow, waiting almost 35 minutes even though I went straight to the restaurant without asking to be taken to the hotel room (at 9:00 AM, not too early and there were only 4 people in line). Thank you, hopefully this will help for the future to be better.

It's a really nice stay here, as it's located in the Kayutangan heritage area. It's really busy at night. It's perfect for enjoying delicious food. The rooms are also very spacious, with balconies.

Overall, it's great. The location is superb with lots of sightseeing, but parking? You give free parking for a car but charge for a motorcycle, how come? Even just 5K? It's ridiculous.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, right in the heart of the famous Kayutangan Heritage area, making it very convenient to explore the surrounding attractions, cafes, and local atmosphere on foot. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The staff were also friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my visit. The only downside was the hot water supply. It seemed insufficient, especially during the early morning hours. There were times when the hot water was unavailable, making it feel like showering with cold water. Overall, it was a good stay thanks to the strategic location, clean and spacious rooms, and excellent staff service. With some improvement to the hot water system, the experience would be even better.
