Helpful staff and beautiful seaview.

Hotelnya bersih. Setiap kamar ada balkon yang menghadap ke laut. Untuk sarapan juga lumayan.

Good location, because we are looking for a view that is directly to the sea, the terrain that must be traveled is also full of struggle. But its ok, satisfied to arrive at a hotel with a good view. The staff is also very friendly, regardless of local or international guests, all are friendly. The room is good, only there are many millipede caterpillars everywhere, but I often find these caterpillars on several beaches. Maybe a solution is sought for these caterpillars. It's very funny, some enter the room, bathroom, and enter the swimming pool. That's all

Kami membayar 1,8 juta untuk menghabiskan malam tahun baru di hotel ini. Tetapi kami harus mengalami listrik padam selama 5 jam dan beberapa listrik padam lainnya tanpa ada tindakan apapun dari hotel. Sebagai informasi di hotel ini tidak ada jaringan dan hanya mengandalkan wifi. Hotel tidak memiliki genset padahal informasi dari warga sekitar masalah listrik padam adalah hal yang rutin di wilayah ini.

The location, beach access is excellent and the friendliness. But it seems that the condition of the hotel needs improvement. Cleanliness also needs to be improved and it seems that standardization is needed in various things, for example the quality of towels, bathroom equipment and cleaning schedules. Hopefully it can be improved again.

Rooms are clean and spacious, service is very friendly. The location is very comfortable with a sea view 🥰There are only a few spots around the AC where the ceiling is dripping with water. The others are okay. Thank You.

Hotel rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Friendly and courteous employee service. The only drawback is not many choices for breakfast. Thank you Amed dream hotel:)

Nice place, best resort in amed. Very recomended.

We initially booked the superior room but when we brought there we disliked it so much that my husband had to ask for another room and upgrade to a deluxe room instead, their superior room was dark, gloomy, no window, no ventilation, and with connected door. We paid an extra 200k for the upgrade but it was worth every penny! Even though the wifi was really bad we managed to have all the fun in their pools and black sand beach in front of the hotel. It's located off of the main amed area so be sure to pack all of your essentials beforehand. We ordered curry and spring rolls for lunch and it was okay, nothing special for the spring rolls. The a la carte breakfast was okay too

The view of the hotel is very beautiful and the atmosphere is calm, even though during the day the bar staff play very loud music, but so far I still enjoy the atmosphere at the hotel. The bathroom was not functioning properly, the shower was clogged, the sink was clogged, the lights were off, I had a complaint that it would be repaired the next day but there was no improvement.

The location is far from everywhere, the hotel staff is not friendly. Arrived at night got room at night and didn't get help from staff to bring suitcases down. When he entered the room, he was immediately greeted by centipedes in the room and caterpillars in the room. Early in the morning, he immediately checked out and left his husband's trousers behind. Only the view is good.

Recommended stay minimum 2 nights, there are some local rest around hotel, hotel staff fine, room okay, would it be nice if management could provide prayer matt for moslem, and pair of sleepers as well. Over all good experience.

The hotel has a nice sea view from the restaurant. The rooms are ok good, clean but a bit cramped. Too bad I didn't get to take pictures of the room.

The hotel has a good view even though it is quite far from the center of Amed. Room 206 is a little disappointing because the room you get does not match the photo in the application (in fact the room is smaller than in the photo for a standard room). The position of the fitting room door is in front of the door of the next room so if two people leave the room they will collide. Very uncomfortable. The slope of the shower area floor did not fit so water pooled under the mirror which caused an unpleasant odor in the bathroom. The AC remote doesn't work properly (hard to turn on and off). TV placement is not right. It will be difficult for room users to pass. Because just passing is difficult and narrow. The bedsheet has dirty parts too. Please Amed to fix it so that the quality of the hotel is getting better. Pay attention to the standard of hotel rooms and their arrangement. Thank you

It was wonderful place. I really love to be here. Absolutely will be back again to this place one day. Staffs are nice, views are excellent, peaceful place, great for staycation, and the food and beverages taste good too. They only have few staffs but the staffs treat me well. Thank you Amed Dream:)

Maybe because of the promo price, the bathroom is slippery. After asking for help cleaning, just cleaned again.

Room was unclean and smelly. Facilities are not as advertised. WiFi not working in several areas (beach, etc).

Overall good. Only the location is far.

Very pleasant stay here. The hotel is clean. Comfortable and safe. Only accessories in the bathroom such as toothbrushes and room tissues need attention.
