The place is comfortable, cool and not crowded, suitable for finding a calm atmosphere.

The location of the hotel is close to the food stalls, it's really nice. It's just that the pillows are not very clean 🥹

1. Unfriendly receptionist. The receptionist when I first checked in was not at all friendly, no smile or welcoming. Not at all reflecting a hotel officer. 2. Wi-fi. There is no wi-fi available in the room. 3. No bellboy available. I brought a suitcase and some stuff had to go up to the 3rd floor and no one helped, even asking the receptionist was answered rudely. Finally I met another officer on the stairs wearing a hat to help me, thank you. There was no problem with the room, the guest room was well prepared, only the hologan lamp 307 was dead. The bathroom was clean.

Lokasinya strategis namun fasilitasnya harus rada diperbaiki.

Tidak bersih, sprei dan bad cover bolong-bolong dan bau apek, kayaknya bekas tamu sebelumnya. Jadi kayaknya tiap ada tamu check-out badcover dan sprei gak diganti baru. Hanya dirapikan saja. Terus resepsionis di bawah gak ada ramah-ramah nya, judes 😡

Sudah order kamar no smoking tetapi saat check in ternyata kamar sangat bau rokok. Dan tidak bisa tukar kamar dengan alasan sudah terisi semua.

Kebetulan saya dan suami dapat kamar yang pojok banget di lantai 3. Kondisinya kamar lembap, bau tidak enak gitu. Alhasil, saya tidak bisa tidur dengan pulas karena terganggu dengan bau kamar yang lembap, mungkin bisa lebih diperhatikan kembali. Kondisi jendela juga tidak bisa dibuka jadi sirkulasi udara tidak masuk dan keluar dengan baik.

Tempat yang nyaman, bersih, luas, dan fasilitas ok

Tolong handuknya yang bagus jangan bolong-bolong, pintu kamar mandi gak bisa dikunci.
