The noise from some kind of machine was very loud. I was staying on the 5th floor and there was no hairdryer. I had to ask for bathroom amenities.

The receptionist was very friendly, and the room was clean, spacious, and smelled wonderful. The cleaning staff were also very lovely and took great care of everything.

This is a hotel with very good breakfast. You can eat real food breakfast, not just bacon, rice soup, and instant coffee like other hotels when compared to the price. I highly recommend it. I have stayed here 4 times and have not been disappointed. The only downside is that the rooms are not very soundproof.

The front desk staff went out of their way to make our visit a memorable one. We needed an extra chair - no problem. We requested a late checkout (13:00) - no problem. The room was spacious, the bed was really comfortable, the pillows were just the perfect softness, and breakfast was delicious. I would promise to return, but I already have: this was our second visit, and it was great. Thank you, Tamsabai hotel staff and owners, you're doing an amazing job. Two thumbs up 👍👍😎

The staffs are very good at giving recommendations for places, answering the phone very well, and providing great assistance.

The room is a bit old but clean. The bed is good. But the door is a bit old. The doorknob is not very good.

Overall very good. Many people use the service even on weekdays. The car is full. It has been open for a long time but it doesn't look old. Inside the hotel and the room is clean. But if it rains, the room we slept in might be a bit shocked because the canvas hit the window because the beams were not tightly stretched. The wind would knock on it continuously. At night, I slept comfortably and didn't hear any noise from other rooms. Breakfast is also good. The taste is average, suitable for everyone. Buffet of rice porridge with about 8 other dishes (including fried eggs and sliced sausages). Milk and orange juice are provided. The only problem is that the coffee maker is broken. It's understandable that there must be some. I don't drink sour coffee, so I don't dare to drink powdered coffee, but it's not bad. Overall, everything is good.

Friendly, polite staff, fast check-in and out, spacious room, comfortable bed. We even had an espresso machine in the room with Starbucks capsules. Loved it 😊

Clean accommodation, ok price, very delicious breakfast. There are many cute cats, so the most impressive thing is that we forgot the apple watch, but the hotel quickly contacted and returned it. There is a constant follow-up of us. I'm very impressed. I will tell people if I pass through Nakhon Sawan let me sleep here
