The room was big and suitable for families.

Didn't notify the hotel for the kuarantin. It is deservedly written or announced that this hotel is the center of the guarantee. Incidentally, my booth got the same level as the person who was guaranteed. A little disappointed.

Clean hotel and located in the heart of miri city. Room rates are very cheap and the location is close to eateries.

I am very suitable to stay in this hotel, the receptionist is friendly, close to where to eat, just crossing the street, the room is clean, quiet is not noisy at night, the bathroom is big and clean. I will come again another time.

Comfortable staying with affordable price

Room was okay. Huge and everything was amazing. Only breakfast time need to wait and even they noticed us to order but pretend like nothing happened. For me that was rude to serve guest like that. The staff need to improve their communication with guest. Overall was ok.
