Fasilitasnya lengkap, hingga setrikaan, hair dryer, kompor, dan lain-lain. Di kamar dan di kamar mandi pun sama lengkapnya dan bersih. Kekurangannya hanya susah parkir saja, karena digang ukuran sedang dan sebelah rumah itu warung, jadi terkadang ada beberapa motor pembeli yang sedang parkir dan harus menunggu untuk memarkirkan mobil. Selain itu, rumahnya sedikit lembab dan AC di kamar utama sedikit bocor. Tapi overall tetap bagus!
