Overall hotel condition is acceptable since the price is not costly. Service needs improvement as we requested for mineral water the next day but it were never being refilled until we checked out. Requested for morning call at 6am, ended up the call was received at 6.30am.

The hotel location is very convenient & strategist. Nearby shopping complexes, food stalls, restaurants etc.

Room 111, the first floor was so noisy that it couldn't be tido, since there was a coffee shop operating until 1pm. The toilet has a soft cement smell and there is no ventilation and hopefully a small window in the toilet.
