The room was exactly the same on what's in the picture, big and nice bed and linens. However, there was no window and our room was near the function room, we can hear the loud sound.

Clean room, accomodating staff! Mejo issue lang sain ung cr kasi glass ung wall. But overall okay naman. Close to everything. :)

Good location. Clean. But no windows in the room.

Inconsiderate staff. Coffee didn't taste coffee at all. Free breakfast was dull. Toilet door has annoying sound. Shower didn't turn really warm. Free toiletries are just like from the next grocery store. In general, I don't recommend this hotel and we won't go back.

The good: location is great. Service is very good, very accommodating staff. The not so good: aircon in room defective. Cabinet door difficult to open. Transferred to another room the following day due to repairs. New room's shower faucet broken.

So-so service. No dresser. Faucet was broken.
