Basic hotel with clean facilities & near to other amenities / shops. Hot water wasn't hot enough. Overall experience was ok.

Recommended to stay here when arrived at Segamat.

Everything was okay but my room door no 708 it's hard to open & the keycard to open the door always error.

room is clean, they even provide tooth & toothpaste. for those who drive, there is free carpark at lower ground floor. location is very strategic, you can easily find a restaurant.

It’s located above Centre point segamat. Room entrance access card not functioning on the second day.

The staff at the hotel were efficient. But the room toilet needs to be checked and cleaned properly and faulty parts like the toilet seat need to be replaced.

My thought of this would be a normal hotel bur the interior look very nice 😍

Good and cozy. But please do something for the smell of the room. When I first time went inside the room there is a musty smell which is horrible.
