Experience: staying for 4 days 3 nights, receptionist not polite, friendly & helpful, just hotel security staff morning shift only always smiling, polite & helpful, the bathroom is very dirty & the item is broken. Poor housekeeping service & Television broadcasting is a very poor & limited channel, not value for money and not recommended. Bad hotel service in Chiang Mai.

Clean, tidy, organized hotel. Bed is soft, staff are nice, friendly. I am highly satisfied what I get. Location is great. If you are a smoker, you need to smoke outside, in front of hotel. Non smoking hotel. I would choose again on my next trip to CM. ✌.
