The staff are very friendly and kind, especially during check-in (they have a self-check-in machine) and are really patient in helping if there are any problems. Also, the room is neat, clean, and cozy! The location is very strategic, in the middle of Chinatown and only a 2-3 minute walk to the MRT. For your first experience staying in a capsule hotel, this is the BEST!!

The staff is friendly and enthusiastic, the common space is comfortable, however the soundproofing is not good so it depends on whether the person in the next room keeps order or not. Overall the hotel is still okay.

Nice hotel at the center of Singapore

I had a pleasant stay overall. The hotel’s location is excellent , conveniently situated with easy access to various destinations around Singapore. The room was clean and tidy, exactly as advertised, which I appreciated. However, I found the service underwhelming. When I asked for nearby recommendations, I was simply directed to read the pamphlet. I also noticed that while other guests were personally shown how to use the shoebox system and escorted to their rooms, I only received verbal instructions despite checking in right before them. It wasn’t a big issue, but the inconsistency was noticeable. More importantly, when I asked the staff about getting to the station for a 3 a.m. departure, I was not informed that the subway does not operate during those hours. Though it might be common sense for them, I was completely exhausted (returned at 11pm due to an event) and trusted the staff info. This lack of essential information could have seriously affected my travel plans had I not double-checked myself. All in all, the stay was decent but the staff could have been more proactive

Clean, easy access from Chinatown MRT

The place is quite clean, there is breakfast, and the access is quite easy from Chinatown MRT.

Everything was very satisfying, especially compared to similar accommodations at the same price. There were enough bathrooms and they were very clean. The same breakfast, which would cost $6 elsewhere, was free and unlimited. There was ample storage space for luggage and other belongings. Shoes weren't in the room, so it felt cleaner and tidier. Very satisfying. The only issue is that getting a room on the upper level can be difficult for those with foot or body size issues.

Thank you for the helpful service from the receptionist during check-in. Location: Excellent, close to the Chinatown MRT. A 2-3 minute walk to the hotel, then exit MRT (A) and head straight to Street Market Chinatown. The staff were very friendly and clean. They even helped me carry my heavy luggage down the stairs since there's no elevator. This was very helpful. If I have business in Singapore next time, I'll return to this hotel. Thank you. Suggestion: Maybe a fan could be installed in the bedroom, as the room felt less cool with the curtains closed.

Feels like college dorm all over again! I was on female only dorm. The room is quiet so I can rest. In the night I forgot to lock the shoe locker, and in the morning I found out my sandals were gone. I was about to complain to the frontdesk, but when I check the trashbin, my sandals were there — somebody must be threw it away!! The area is clean & there’s a no food no drink policy inside the room. The biggest downside is that the bathroom is outside of the bedroom area. So I have to bring my bag of clothes across the reception area, to the bathroom. Good news is the reception isn’t that crowded. Very strategic location to the Chinatown MRT. I had a good night sleep.

The hotel staff is friendly and can leave your luggage after checking out.

The curtain equipment at the bed is broken. The shoe cabinet has a broken code lock. Some staffs are lovely and helpful. The location is very good. There are few seats to eat and it is cramped, but overall, compared to the price, it is very good.

Really love this capsule hotel! the bed is comfy, clean, for me it was spacious for 1 person to rest, perfect! although they have shared bathroom, the bathrooms it self is so clean, they routinely clean it. the loc is at the central chinatown, 3 minutes walk to MRT Chinatown Station

The room I booked had a problem. The air conditioner wasn't cool. But the staff upgraded me to a bigger room and took very good care of me.
