The place is clean, nice, the facilities are the best, the place is quiet, the parking is spacious, if you want to buy snacks it is close to Jalan Darusalam, the staff are friendly, in short it is recommended.

Just one word, dirty. Not comfortable, the bed is not clean.

1, Saya diminta deposit 100rb dan kemudian 3menit kemudian dihadapan teman saya receptionis ke kamar menyampaikan bahwa uang saya palsu tanpa ada bukti dari mesin detksi uang palsu hanya berdsarkan meraba sementara uang itu adalah dari atm suatu bank namun tetap saya mengalah dengan menukarnya, saya sangat malu terhadap teman saya dengan pengalaman memginap di 02 Residence. 2. Uang deposit saya tidak. Dikembalikan sepenuhnya secara sepihak karena ada alasan noda di seprei tapi saya tidak melihat petunjuk atau pemgumuman di receptionis ataupun receptionis menyampaikan sebelumnya kepada konsumen jika ada noda akan dikenakan cash walaupun saya tetap berikan uang cash. 3. Untuk suatu kamar hotel budget itu sangat memprihatinkan bau kotor dan sngat kurang pelayanannya.

There was a miscommunication at the beginning of the breakfast issue, I ordered because there was a breakfast menu, but the receptionist chuckled and said they didn't provide breakfast.
