The reviews are very different from the reality.. the bathroom is dirty, the tap is leaking, the door is broken, the ceiling has leaks and holes, the walls have water seepage, the mattress is dirty, the sheets haven't been changed, the AC isn't cold, the TV doesn't work, and it smells musty.. please fix it

The staff is friendly and polite, but what is very disappointing is that the pictures in the review and the real thing are very different. The room is spacious but the walls are leaking, the AC is not cold, the bathroom is dirty, the tap is leaking, the mattress is dirty and smells musty. Please fix it.

The hotel staff gave illogical prices. They just gave whatever they wanted.

The cleanliness of the rooms and hotel environment is lacking. Smelly blankets, dirty towels, cobwebs in the room, the TV won't work. The toilet door handle is loose. The room smells damp.

The hotel staff may be 5 stars, but the room is dirty, damp, the mattress is full of mites omg, the sheets are dirty with lots of blood stains, I understand why there are lots of blood stains because of mites, the curtains are dusty, the AC is dirty, the toilet smells, the exhaust is very dusty, the blanket? Smells of urine, and you're bringing a baby.

The bedroom and bathroom are dirty, smelly, stuffy, and so hot because the AC is not working properly. The bed and blanket are also dirty. The toilet seat is uncomfortable because it wobbles. There is no TV remote. We don't get a cell phone signal. The environment in the hotel is bad and dirty. The hotel building also looks damaged.

The water heater doesn't work and the wifi doesn't reach the room.

Maybe it could be cleaner for the room, it doesn't look damp, the room lights could be brighter so it doesn't look dim, please clean the AC. The bathroom is a bit dirty and there are no hangers.

Hotel close to the city center, affordable price, friendly staff. This hotel is always my choice because the atmosphere is also very comfortable. When I go to Garut, my wife and I always stay here

if you come here, bring your own toothbrush because it is not provided. Just try it yourself, the cheap price just looks like it needs a lot of repairs. Just do transit if the staycation is not comfortable.

Hotel staff are friendly in serving

There is no soundproofing so when you bring a baby to stay, their rest will be disturbed because the noise from other guests outside is very loud.

It's nice and clean but very noisy.

1) Found many bedbug on bed and Big paparoach in the bathroom. 2) the bathroom cabin So dim. 3) air conditioner poor maintenance, not working properly.
