The facilities are complete, the kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, there is a rice cooker, water heater, drinking gallon, refrigerator so you just need to bring cooking ingredients and be satisfied playing on the beach all day.

The door is broken, the AC is hot, otherwise it's fine.

Actually the villa is nice close to the beach, but the exit door to the beach from the outside is broken and cannot be closed.

The villa is quite nice, clean, the concept is cool, the bathroom is made with 2 doors where one door can directly access the beach, so after playing around in the water you don't have to get dirty in the room inside the villa... There is only 1 AC in the living room but it cools down to 2 rooms, the kitchen is outside and there are tables and chairs on the terrace for relaxing... The view from my room 4A is extraordinarily beautiful.. I really like it... The beach can be directly accessed, even though it is mixed with non-staying guests, the environment around the villa is still not mixed up... because there is a fence that separates it.. The concept of accommodation is renting a villa so if possible bring your own toiletries and bring your own coffee and tea. The sloping beach is good for swimming or playing in the water, there are also tire and banana boat rentals. The rooms are quite clean, cooking and eating utensils, water heaters and drinking water are provided complete including the stove and gas. The type of room I occupied was a house divided into 2 with a gypsum dividing wall so soundproofing was a problem especially if there were small children/babies crying of course it would be a bit disturbing. The tap water must also be considered because the output is too small so the flush closet is also a bit problematic because it takes a long time to fill the closet with water.

It's quite fun when I'm with my colleagues, the important thing is that we're together.

Highly not recommended for a hotel at this price. The holiday was disturbed by many people on the beach who were not hotel residents because there were many tents built by outsiders and when we went to the beach it was dirty and the sea water was like dirty river water and many outsiders were playing ball. The bathroom water was dirty, the shower didn't work, there were no towels, no soap, the air conditioner was only in the living room, the door couldn't be locked so I was afraid to leave. What is not recommended is the beach, many outsiders use the beach to set up tents and play ball so that Anyer beach which used to have blue water is now dirty. Please improve the quality for this price. Want to take pictures, the view is not good

Perlengkapan penginapan sudah cukup sangat luas dengan segala perlengkapan masak yang lengkap cocok untuk yang berkeluarga jadi bisa masak, pantai nya ok, ada tempat bilas di luar. Yang harus di perhatikan adalah ada nya perbaikan di vila nya karena sudah cukup tua dan sudah mulai di makan umur, dan harus ada peraturan terhadap pengunjung lain terkait hiburan yang mereka bawa contoh; Di samping penginapan saya mereka menyetel musik dan karaoke dengan suara keras bahkan sampai tengah malam sangat amat mengganggu saya yang tujuan nya ingin liburan

Tahun baruan di tambang alhamdulillah respon pelayan sangat bagus, cepat dan ramah. Untuk ruangannya dapat 2 kamar 1 kamar mandi dan dapur di luar. Ruangan ber AC, alat masak lengkap, alat bakar-bakar di depan villa view pantai. Kasurnya cukup untuk 3 orang dewasa dan saya bawa 1 keluarga 7 orang 2 anak kecil pakai extra bed. Cocok banget villa ini langsung view pantai dan tinggal jalan ke depan untuk main dipantai. Ada sewa motor atv dan banana boat. Ga usah khawatir Indomaret sebelahnya jadi mudah kalau mau belanja.

Lokasi cukup bagus karena langsung tembus pantai pasir putih. Tapi AC tidak dingin, closet kamar mandi tidak berfungsi dengan baik. Beberapa pintu susah di buka dan di tutup terutama sliding door. Karena besi di atasnya sudah berkarat.
