The staff at the hotel are very friendly to visitors.

Rama hotel staff and the hotel also provide a place to wash clothes for customers and it is very helpful for customers who stay more than 1 day. But maybe the cleanliness of the bed should be considered, because we found dirty pillow cases, and the cloth also looked like it was used and not replaced when other guests left. Hopefully in the future the cleanliness of the bed will be more considered. 🙏

The staff is friendly, it's just that the bathroom is poorly maintained.

A pleasant experience my room was on the 2nd floor and the view directly to the sea and clearly visible the island of crocodiles and the beautiful ocean.
