The staff was welcoming and spoke English well. There's no lift, so need to climb stairs. There's a lift for your luggage though. The place was very zen and peaceful. There are little kittens (adopted by the hotel) running around and would play with us when they were in the mood. The room is clean, and I love their self-made natural shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Breakfast was awesome; it was provided by the vegan restaurant situated in the hotel. It was so sumptuous, and we were spoilt for choices.
