My husband & I stayed here for 3 nights for our 10th wedding anniversary. I booked their luxury pool villa type, and everything was wonderful. The staffs were super helpful & friendly from the very beginning until the end of our stay. The room was decorated nicely as requested, and the view from our private pool was incredible. Its a honeymoon we would never forget. Thankyou! We will definitely return with our kids next time.

Came here to celebrate mom's birthday, requested happy birthday writing on the bed through the application, I didn't think it would be waro, eh, they turned out to be as caring as all requests. The staff is friendly, very friendly, really cool too. Really the best.

A hotel with an eco-resort concept that blends with nature. I stayed in the Royal Pool Villa "Pandu" room. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, all facilities function well, although some look in need of rejuvenation. There are several spots in the room that require maintenance attention, because they look less aesthetic, such as the wall near the bathtub where the paint layer is damaged due to frequent exposure to water, and the paint layer is cracked in several places. For the service is very good and friendly.

Kesini karena rekomendasi saudara. Kalau soal fasilitas dan keramahan, bisa dibilang Natya sudah cukup baik dalam hal ini. Cuma ada beberapa kekurangan menurut saya dan keluarga, Acnya bocor (walau sepertinya saat malam), hutan di depan private pool terlalu gelap saat malam, mungkin bisa dipasang lampu tembak atau semacamnya jadi tidak terlalu gelap jika pengunjung ingin menikmati private pool di malam hari. Natya ini terletak agak jauh dari keramaian jadi cocok untuk kalian yang suka menikmati resort (apalagi pasangan yang ingin honeymoon) dan jarang berpergian. Untuk makanan sendiri masih bisa dipesan di resto atau melalui aplikai ojek online.

Bagus, nyaman, dan tenang tempatnya. Karena jauh dari keramaian, akses dari lobby ke kamarnya lumayan jauh dan naik turun tangga, but it’s ok.

Luxury resorts. Quiet quiet. The rooms are really luxurious. For a royal type room, the drawback is that below there should be a small rinse area. After swimming, you don't have to go up to rinse. The rooms are really big, you can enter the RT. Friendly staff. Very clean towels. Josh warm water. Not suitable for the elderly because the contour goes up and down. Perfect for honeymoon.

Great place if you need peace and quiet. It's away from the tourist areas and just far enough from Ubud centre. Food great however I will not change in room menu prices half way through a guest stay 🤭

It's fun even though you have to go through the jammed Ubud art market, just staying at the hotel is enough for refreshing.

Pemandangan yang indah, bersih dan nyaman. Pesan luxury private pool dengan sarapan di restaurant tapi karena pesan diantar ke kamar dengan floating kena charge 100rb. Ada deposit 300rb dan dikembalikan saat check out. Staff sangat membantu dan ramah. Terima kasih atas pelayanannya. Cocok sekali buat yang mau honeymoon, oh iya nasi gorengnya enak.

I stayed for 2 night in Luxury Villa for family holiday. We are not satisfy with the service & hospitality. It has to improve. Especially for reception & room. Poor maintained room, lieking sink water pipe, smelly bathroom area, the floor of the bathroom area is sticky even though it has been mopped, the outdoor shower area is mossy and dark. & the lighting near the pool need to be added, its very dark different from Royal Villa that brighter, that we used to stay there in last year.

The road to the room is quite up and down especially the position of the rain there so you have to be careful. Room + good view directly into nature. Private pool downstairs complete with towels and coffee tea maker. Get a free honeymoon room again, so you have more fun. Breakfast is very endul. The staff is friendly🍻

Natya resort is really really back to nature. Really in the middle of the forest. Very suitable for people who live in big cities everyday and want to heal here. Very peaceful, in the morning greeted by the sound of a river of birds. Anyway, very natural. The minus is, because this is Ubud, the access road here is narrow, where to eat is also quite far, so if you come here, it's better to bring a lot of food. For the rooms, everything is really good. I can't say anything else, the rooms are really cool, perfect for a honeymoon.
